Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Objective:
A crucial prerequisite for the efficient high-throughput analysis of complex samples is a high-resolution separation through high-performance liquid chromatography. The essential practical aspects, from method development to the optimization of separations, will be introduced and practically implemented.

Content:
The course is divided into a theoretical part, where the necessary knowledge is conveyed, and a practical part, which serves to deepen this knowledge through hands-on exercises.

Method:
• Completion of online learning modules (in English)
• Solving tasks with an HPLC simulator
• Carrying out a quantitative analysis, using HPLC in the laboratory
